CSV file of the mission dialogue for EVA 1 of Apollo 12 with associated mapping information (CDR and LMP movements, Hasselblad and ALSCC photography, and sample collection).  Dialogue is derived from the Apollo Lunar Surface Journal (ALSJ), with edits to the text and timestamp rows added as appropriate.

Field descriptions:
GET_Hour: Hour value from the ground-elapsed time (time since takeoff).
GET_Minute:  Minute value from the ground-elapsed time (time since takeoff).
GET_Second:  Second value from the ground-elapsed time (time since takeoff).
CDR_ID: ID assigned to mapped CDR point location.
LMP_ID: ID assigned to mapped LMP point location.
Speaker: Person speaking the dialogue.
CDR_Status: CDR’s actions associated with timestamp.
LMP_Status: LMP’s actions associated with timestamp.
Dialogue: Dialogue spoken.
Notes: Additional notes about mapping.
CDR_Stn: CDR’s current station. Station names follow the convention described in the document “Apollo 12 Voice Transcript Pertaining to the Geology of the Landing Site.”
LMP_Stn: LMP’s current station. Station names follow the convention described in the document “Apollo 12 Voice Transcript Pertaining to the Geology of the Landing Site.”
Hblad_Mag_Num: Hasselblad photo magazine number.
Hblad_Mag_Ltr: Hasselblad photo magazine letter.
Hblad_ID_List: IDs of Hasselblad photo(s) taken, in list format.
Hblad_Photog: Astronaut that took the Hasselblad photo(s).
Pan_name: Name of Hasselblad panorama.
Pan_descr: Description of Hasselblad panorama.
ALSCC_Mag_Num: ALSCC photo magazine number.
ALSCC_Mag_Ltr: ALSCC photo magazine letter.
ALSCC_ID_List: IDs of ALSCC photo(s) taken, in list format.
ALSCC_Photog: Astronaut that took the ALSCC photo(s).
Samp_Bag_Num: Bag that the sample was collected in.
Samp_ID_List: IDs of samples, in list format.
Samp_Type: Type of sample (core, rake, soil, etc).
